How To Pay Your Rent
TENANT INFORMATION
Paying your rent is very important.
The rent for your home is due to be paid weekly on a Monday.
Please be aware that in accordance with your tenancy agreement, rent payments are due in advance.
If you wish to pay your rent on another day or fortnightly, four weekly or monthly, this can be arranged with the Association. Please remember, however, that these payments must be made in advance. For example, monthly payments must be made monthly in advance to stop your account going into arrears.
If you are having difficulty paying your rent please contact the office as soon as possible on 01823 667343 or by clicking here.
You can find some useful information on the Rent arrears and Problems Paying Your Rent page.
We offer a number of ways for you to pay your rent and service charges:
Bank / Standing Order
If you wish to pay your rent directly from your bank account, please request a Bank Standing Order Form from the Association or you can download one from here.
Allpay Payment Card
An Allpay card will be sent to you shortly after your tenancy begins. You can use this card to make payments in any of the following ways:

The Allpay App
The Allpay app is a ground-breaking innovation in payment solutions and the most convenient way for you to make a payment. The Allpay app is a secure mobile application available to download free of charge for your Apple or Android smartphone, giving you the ability to pay your rent wherever there is a mobile signal.
To begin using the Allpay app, you need an Apple or Android smartphone, a valid Allpay swipe card (or 19 digit payment reference number) and a current bank card.
You can download the Allpay app from the Apple App Store or the Android Market and, after a brief registration process, pay your rent at the touch of a button, wherever there is a mobile signal or internet access.
What’s more, you can save all of your payment numbers and amounts, plus your bank card details so you don’t need to enter the same information every time you use the Allpay app.
This service works in complete harmony with all the other payment methods from Allpay and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
